7. The Hall of Bunny Heroines

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Hall is for Bunny players who have played an extraordinarily important role for the team, and whose names will be remembered more than others'.

Normally only dead or retired players will be admitted into the Hall - and usually only at the end of the season.

At present there are 16 members of the Hall:
(Listed chronologically by time of admission)

1. D.Talje for her extraordinary achievements in the trying times of the rookie year for the Bunnies. She was one of the original 11 and made a number of premier achievements for the Bunnies.

2. Ane Uråd for her merits in season 13. She was tied for the first Bunny to achieve an individual season prize - and furthermore one of the 2 major prizes - when she became top scorer of season 13 with 14 touchdowns; a figure which was at the time tied for the league record of most touchdowns in a season.

3. Hvasse Line for her exceptional merits on the defence. Being one of the original 11, she showed great skill in stopping the opposing offence and retrieving the ball in daring missions. Her achievements rarely won her star player points, and in the official records her greatest achievement was the title as team top casualty inflicter, (which she held at the time of her death), but it was the other achievements which won her the hearts of the spectators - and ultimately a place in the Hall of Heroines.

4. Synne Buch is the first player to be admitted into the Hall while still active. She entered the Hall on achieving the extraordinary feat of becoming the league's first legend. Her legendary status sprung from her being the league's best quarterback ever with every passing record worth mentioning under her belt.

5. Thora Rulle was something as extraordinary as a genuine one-turner on a team where MA 8 is the highest possible starting value. At the time of her death she held the league record of most touchdowns in one season, and she pestered the lives of the opposing coaches. An obvious choice for the Hall.

6. Ann Griff was at the time of her retirement the brightest star that ever shone on the Bunny defensive sky. She alone is perhaps the biggest key to the two Bunny championships. At times she was the only defence on the Bunny team, and even then she managed on her own.

7. Helle Dige Asen was a player who really lived up to her name and her heritage. Her real achievements are the ones that do not appear in the statistics. Uncanny was her ability to get in and out of even the most unlikely situations and pull off even the most impossible stunts. Being an invaluable asset on both the defence and the offence, her only official achievement was the title as team top interceptor, but anyone who has ever played against her will testify to the fact, that she was a daunting adversary.

8. Thera Π would have been the undisputed team star quarterback on virtually any other team than the Bunnies. But on this team she was always number 2. Her job was to complement number 1 and step up, when she was hindered in performing her job. And in doing so, Thera was second to none. Her biggest achievement was the league top thrower prize in season 14.

9. Carmen Körler was team vice captain for 4 seasons. During these seasons she was a veritable one-woman-army on the field. A great many Bunny achievements can be ascribed to her alone. On top of a number of team achievements she also took home a league season top scorer prize.

10. Ko Π was designated as starting quarterbunny and team captain at the resetting of the team before season 17. Her tenure brought her numerous individual records and achievements that alone testify to her quality at passing.

11. Ann Tenna Kabell was one of the most all-round players ever to play for the Bunnies. She excelled on both the offence and the defence. And every season she would be found among the top ranking Bunnies in more than one achievement category.

12. Lone Star picked up after a slow start to become perhaps the biggest Bunny talent of all times. At the peak of her career, she was the key pivotal player of the team, around whom everything revolved. Alas her career was cut short just before she reached super star status.

13. Ted Bunny is perhaps the most inconspicuous super-star ever to have played on the team. She was a very stable outlet and hot-read receiver almost always open on the field, but rarely the one making the spectacular plays. Nevertheless she was a player the absence of whose caliber any team offence will always miss.

14. Billie Luder - admitted into the Hall while still active - is the most valuable player so far for the Bunny team. Period.

15. Sisse Fisse had a stellar career. At the time she was killed she held the record for most matches played by a Bunny. She still holds the record for most casualties inflicted, and she was vice captain for an unprecedented 63 matches. But her greatest achievements were the countless number of times when she stripped the ball from the opponents. This feat alone makes her the best Bunny defender ever.

16. Queen Bruise had an uncanny longevity for an Elf quarterback. As a result of this she racked up exceptional numbers that will stand as league records for a great many seasons to come. Her tenure saw the transition from a passing based to a running based offence. As a result she seldom made any flamboyant plays, but she was an outstanding game manager.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

8. Jersey retirements

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A player can have her jersey retired, if she is very successful and is particularly associated with her jersey number. Since the number of available jersey numbers is somewhat limited in Blood Bowl, a genuine jersey retirement cannot take place. Instead, no player plays in her jersey number in the first match after the jersey retirement.

1. Jersey no. 1 - Synne Buch
2. Jersey no. 14 - Billie Luder

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

9. Grudges

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PlayBall Corporation officially bears grudges against 3 types of players: 1) those who have permanently killed a Bunny in a block, 2) undead players raised from the corpses of Bunnies, and 3) those who have permanently stat decreased or niggled a Bunny in a block.

The two first types of grudges are major grudges and will - whenever possible - become backed up by bounties. The third type is just there for the reckoning.

10. Additional personnel

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are the descriptions of the key persons involved with the team, who are not present or former players:

Team owner Sir Harvey Lickbottom:
Sir Harvey Lickbottom was educated at Eton and at Cambridge where he studied architecture. He specialized in French rococo furniture. Although born into a noble family and receiving the lion’s share of his fortune from his great family inheritance, Mr. Lickbottom is something of a self-made man. After working his way up as a fluffer in what is now the gay porn branch of the PlayBall Corporation®, he went on to start his own tabloid press empire. His greatest success came when he started the PlayBall Magazine – a magazine solely devoted to the portraying of cheerleaders. Despite his huge success he never turned the back on his fellow roommates from Eton, and many of his old friends still help him out by gang-banging blood bowl players, against whom Mr. Lickbottom has declared a grudge, and by running his off-season cup team The Pink Pooves.

Team manager Sir Dennis Lickbottom:
Sir Harvey’s younger brother who is now manager for the Bunny team. He also went to Eton and Cambridge where he studied economic science. The last many years he has spent in India tending to his thriving business. He was called back to Great Britain to help the Bunnies after their loss of three players in the match against Backstabbers in season 14.

Team apothecary Bandha Ghista:
Bandha Ghista’s opportunity to make herself a name in blood bowl came when her younger brother Rhawanapantaragantha was sold as a sex slave to a German tourist. With the money she could afford the trip to Bangalore where she would try to sell her home grown medicinal weeds and herbs. When a camera team from the PlayBall Child Porn Division® happened to pass by and heard of her wondrous medicine they passed the knowledge of her work to Sir Harvey Lickbottom who immediately hired her.

Assistant coach Corey o'Graph:
Corey o’Graph is an Irish born dance instructor. Having been the cheerleader coach from the team’s first season, he was promoted to line-up march instructor before the play-offs of season 13. He is also a self-taught composer. Actually it was he who made the Bunny team anthem “Bunny Bunny Bunny” with only a little inspiration from ABBA.

Period coordinator Klamh Tham Ponh:
In a team of women their periods will have to be coordinated for the maximum effect. The positional players so that they are not affected during matches, while the linemen benefit from being frothing with anger combined with pms.
