Match notes
For the second match in a row, did DD’s fans invade the pitch before the first turn. This time 4 rats were stunned and on top of this did The Snails already had 2 BH rats in the box before the match began. Even with extra training before the match the Snails could just not make it work and DD took home a sure victory.

In the fine weather 90.000 fans (40 vs 50k) showed up for this unimportant match, as DD already had qualified for the play-offs and Snails had no chance. This also meant that the top star on each team decided to stay home (nigling failed on both Buzz Lightbeam and Eata Corpus).

As one turner Budda McSnail and dirty player Victor McSnail were BH by the crowd, and the Rat Ogre were fouled KO by Argos early in the drive, the rats had no chance of stopping DD’s offence. Nevertheless Wabin McSnail managed to take revenge as he smashed Argos’s hip, but when Snails new dirty player Bullseye McSnail also tried to foul he was send of by the ref. (No DP on pitch for either team after turn 3). After this the pitch was open for a turn 4 TD by The Green Ghost 0-1 for DD.

Argos regenerated and was ready for the 2nd drive, but so was also the Rat Ogre. But he were to no help. In a crucial turn he tried to get up dodge and go for it to blitz The Green Ghost, and with just one more push he could have frenzied him off pitch, but then he fell on the second go for it, eventhough the leader was there to help.

And then it was easy for The Green Ghost to run for the ball and pass it to Mad Max who scored for 0-2 in turn 8.

In first half DD had not made a single casualty themself, but stil only 8 rats were on pitch, and already in turn 1 Ramses the 5th BH Rat Ogre Jalla McSnail. And soon the rats were pushed way down on their own pitch. Finally Dobby McSnail was knocked down with the ball in his own EZ, and Mad Max ran to pick it up for a TD. But he failed! And the ball was then thrown up the middle of Snails pitch by the crowd. This was followed by a fantastic play (briliant coaching) which saw Steel McSnail run down the pitch, and catch a perfect long bomb in the sunny weather from Sadoman McSnail. An unbelivable play. Steel McSnail were almost out of reach and only a single zombie got in contact. Then of course he stumbled on the dodge! Very typical for Snails this match.

However, before DD managed to guard the ball, a zombie went down on double both down RR double skull! This allowed Steel McSnail to get up, pick up the ball from the ground and then he made the go for it for 1-2. (He learned a new skill from this)

This made DD’s coach quite anoyed and his players took it out over the rats in turn 7 where Ramses the 5th SI Odin McSnail and Geleb Reanimated continued by BHing Roberto McSnail thus learning block. In the games last turn the pitch were cleared for Mad Max who this time managed to grap a hand-off and hence saved his honours by scoring for 1-3 in the very last turn.

The Snails MVP gave Dobby McSnail his first skill.

Neither teams lost any fans, but Snails at least got 60k vs only 30 k for DD.

And this concluded this eventfull match were neither team recived any permanent damage, and DD will be ready in fine form for the play-off!
